Radiance: Hosting Community Wellness events in Oakland California

Radiance is community of men and women, with a common purpose of fostering community and living in service. The building is a historical warehouse of~8000' Sq ft, split into an upper half housing event rooms, bathrooms, office, kitchen and the main floor. The lower level has storage, workshop, and loading spaces. In the Jack London Square area of Oakland, a safe, interesting neighborhood that's up and coming, very close to BART, SF Ferry, Amtrack, Old Oakland shopping and food, downtown, Lake Merritt, freeways and the Bay Bridge.
