For me, "Wellness" is a process of taking steps to cultivate life and vitality. There are many ways in which we can take responsibility for our own health and wellness and take steps to nourish ourselves.I have been deeply moved by the effectiveness of some specific approaches to living. Yet amazed at the scarcity of information, mentoring and positive presence for health and wellbeing.Consequently, I created Whole Being Health as a way of cultivating health and wellbeing within the community.
